Description

The Nanomine single crystal diamond plate is manufactured using microwave plasma chemical vapor deposition (MPCVD) technology. Featuring {100} crystallographic orientation, 3x3mm square dimensions, 0.4mm thickness, and both sides polished to optical quality, this diamond plate delivers ultra-high thermal conductivity (>2000 W/mK) for RF transistors and high-power micro-electronics.
